Objectives of the Project:
The project aimed to provide emergency healthcare services including treatment, medicines and hygiene kits to women of reproductive age and children of Rohingya communities living in different camps under Ukhiya Upazila. A team of Medical Unit under close supervision and technical support of MBBS doctor has been working and providing medication and referral services. At least 57 types of different life-saving medicines are prescribed and distributed free of cost to the service recipients. In addition, women’s hygiene products and baby gifts are provided for the Rohingya communities.
